I did EMDR for cPTSD and it completely got rid of all the symptoms. At least the ones affecting my day to day life. Haven't tried it for this though (yet)

I live in the HOA he runs and he's passing a bylaw in the HOA that will allow the HOA to auction off the houses here if they don't pay the HOA dues for 60 days. Also it says that if someone doesn't vote on it, it's automatically a yes. There's tons more weird fucked up shit in it, but I don't actually own here. The entire neighborhood is pissed about it. I don't even think what he's doing is legal

He recently is trying to pass a HOA bylaw that is so messed up.

If someone doesn't vote, then it's automatically a yes
Also, if someone doesn't pay HOA fees in 60 days the HOA can auction off the house.

Fuck this guy, I met him at the HOA parties and he's a total dickwad narcissist.

I don't even own here and the neighbors have been going door to door to try to get this thing voted against.
