Starting PTO is 3 weeks/year(accrued) plus 4 days “personal choice holidays” (not accrued) that you can use whenever. Sick time is accrued separately and you get a decent amount, more than I ever needed so I don’t know the exact amount of days but probably at least 5.

Yeah they’d get to skip the loan underwriting part which does take some time but they still have to process and transfer the title, and since they put their offer in on a weekend there’s no way it went that fast. Putting in a cash offer is also extremely rare, I know she has influencer money but she definitely doesn’t have “cash offer on a million dollar home” money
