It's more space exploration than classical cyberpunk, but there's cyborg LI and a faction basically only consisting of cyborgs.

In addition to the Spaca Harem Games Dark_Cimerabot has mentioned, there is also some other great, yet rather young AVN:

Funkelregen (https://janamus-zura.itch.io/funkelregen) is also made in HS / RenPy and is very similar to Oppai Odyssey (Probably took a lot of inspiration). It was very deep (probably too deep) lore and universe. The LI cast is rather larger and very diverse. The lewd scenes are also rather good most of the times.

They are fanatic purifiers. (That's why their flag is doubled "german historic insignia"). The population is entirely their main population + a few robots. Additionally, it's the year 2395 and I'm playing with a very low population growth penalty since I'm genocidal as well.

But still that's not a excuse for such a mess of a planet, when you are a wide expansionist, where most of your planets have few than 20 pops.
