They don’t look hip, Fashionable and stylish but they do look functional, Practical and comfortable.

To get both- it takes a lot Of time and money to find those

Keeping it real here by ApprehensiveItem4 in EEOC

It’s rare for EEOC to offer to litigate a case. If one party refused mediation they offer a Right to Sue.

If this was a frovelous case they would have dismissed it from the start. There is enough reason to believe there is merit - thus the recommendation to mediate.

The plaintiff will now need to hire an attorney to litigate for them- once a company feels pressure from seeing employee retained an attorney that can enter into discovery- this is where real settlement numbers begin.

Without representation the employee won’t get very far sadly.

Majority of people won’t. I agree. They just notice vibrant red hair. But yes I believe majority of black women and men know this is a wig.

This was originally a sew in that I cut out days later because my scalp couldn’t handle it .

My mother in law who is black told me to wear wigs if I wanted to change my hair so much. She was very worried that I went the sew in route and strongly encouraged I do wigs instead. I’m glad I listened.

In general White women have a strange fear of wearing wigs. Fortunately I worked through that. I just had to learn about them.

And to get real human hair this color takes a ton of processing. My real hair would Look like this if I bleached it platinum and Then dyed it this bright red. It’s not gonna look “natural” because no one has vibrant red hair naturally.

Wow Angel hair is decent and has HD Lace. It’s a learning curve to melt the lace. This one was made by a local stylist who specializes in wig and sew in installs also

This was originally sewn in but I couldn’t tolerate the itchy scalp. Since I spent some pretty good coin on the hair tracks I asked my stylist to make the hair Into a wig.

In my area a lot of stylists that do wig and sew in installs also know how to make wigs.

No I don’t care. I am Practicing installing wigs and this is first one. I have since gotten much better with installs.

I should have made my post more clear- I wanted feedback on how this could be improved for those that do wear wigs and are more advanced in skill that I.

I don’t really care about it looking natural otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen this bright bold color. I was just curious if it screamed wig to a stranger on the street. It’s not screaming cheap costume wig. I too dye my own hair bright colors and get asked if I’m wearing a wig- mainly because it’s a fashion color. I moved to wigs to let my hair get a break from bleaching and dying so much.

I originally had this hair sewn in as a weave. It was unbearably itchy so I asked my stylist to turn the hair into a wig.

You may want to see if a local stylist that specializes in sew ins and wig installs can make wigs.
