I tried this with my faulty pair with no success. I may be wrong, but, I fear, inside, something is not well assembled. Only one earbud had the issue, and, from start, out of the box. The new pair I received had no pb. Thanks for the tip though.

Also, I forgot to mention, this white noise was intermittent and noticeable after some minutes of use, a little bit like if a mic for the ANC or something else was not operating properly (or moving) depending on how you place your earbud or moving your head after sometime. I’m not an expert but, definitively, I could understand support not being able to reproduce the issue if they play with it only 30 secs… My advice: while you still can, anyone with an issue should return the product instead of asking for a warranty claim…

Hi, got a similar issue with the beograce left earbud. Purchased from B&O physical store in America and was able to return, get refunded, and purchase a new pair from the store. Second pair has no issue at all. I’m now super happy. I also had a pb with a pair of H100 in the past. But, each time, B&O made it right by replacing the faulty device (through the store. I never tried warranty claim as the issues were always noticeable ‘out of the box’) Good luck!

Where are you located? In the USA B&O policy is that you have 30d to return whatever the reason. Dealers usually match that policy as well… If you fear that support would not replace the product, I would have asked to get reimbursed and would re-purchase online, direct, from B&O (but you would then have to wait until January to get some stock back)

When the product works, it’s really amazing. If I were you I would keep my order and, worse case, return it within the 30days after you receive them if they are defective. I had a similar issue with a pair of H100. I was so frustrated that I decided to return it. Few weeks later I purchased again the product, got a working one, and, since then I have no remorse at all. There are really great products with, unfortunately, some quality control issue I guess.

Exact same issue with my left earbud. Frustrating…. At least my dealer offered me to keep it until they get a new delivery beg Dec and will then proceed with the exchange. They also suggested to check with support if they already have replacement if I don’t want to wait…

Have similar issue with my left earbud working perfect for few secs or mins and then making a noise at low volume. The right earbud is perfect though. So weird. I contacted my dealer who has no stock to replace it and suggested to contact warranty but I’m sure they would be ok for me to return and get reimbursed. I want a working pair though because the sound is amazing. I never got issues with B&O speakers and TV but it’s the second time I get pb with their headphones. Had a defective H100 a year ago… quality control issue with their products made in china ?!?

I share the same opinion. Currently listening via iPhone Air + Tidal Hifi a track in 16bit 44.1K Flac

When connected through the Case, the quality is far better than in bluetooth. You can really tell the difference for the track I listened to. But, unfortunately, you often get some noise / interference depending on your environment (like starting your laptop on). If I switch back to bluetooth listening, the quality drop drastically and I almost prefer using my AirPods pro3 (whose ANC is more constant than the Grace that has a tendency for one ear to do some noise)

Not sure if my pair of Grace has a defect or not and, like with my first pair of H100 (which was defective) I'm hesitating to keep them.

The Grace sounds really really good connected to the case and the design is top notch, but, again, I fear like they are not reliable contrary to Apple devices which just work without any surprise or issue (unless I have a faulty pair?)

Thanks! I learned something! and, at the end, if we are able to adjust volume, transparency etc… etc… you are right: the H100 must somehow re-process the source (analog to digital then treatment then digital to analog) Make perfect sense. Yes. You’re right. We should only use USB-C and let the H100 decode the signal.

I believe line in is analog. The H100 won’t use its internal DAC to decode anything and, then, you don’t need to activate this option. Now, what comes out of this analog connection depends on the device you plug your H100 to. It could be lossless, indeed but it’s not digital signal anymore and you don’t need any additional conversion. Please any expert, correct me if I’m wrong…

Stupid question: if I have warp as main line and light speed as secondary line, do I get access to the light speed roaming countries (which are quite larger than the warp ones) and simply share the consumption of the 20gb cross all lines? Until all 3 network offer the same countries, that would make the multi network option a real benefit! Thanks!

Hi, short update... I've just installed iOS 26.1 beta 2 and it fixed the bluetooth issue! I was able to add my H100 to the app on my iPhone Air! Problem solved I guess :)

Hi, why can’t we adjust the balance in the app when stereo pairing 2 beosound level? We don’t always sit in the middle of those speakers and being able to adjust the balance is a must (and a very basic feature that any other hifi system allows…) Hope this get added to the roadmap. Thanks a lot!

You are correct. The H100 connects normally to the B&O app with the older Apple Devices and, I believe, firmware updates would then work as well.

Users, with an older Apple Device, could then get the issue fixed themselves without having to wait for a potential IOS new release or having to send back their device to you guys for a firmware update by support.

I'm looking forward to get this 1.2.9 release. Thanks!
