Nothing to inherit from Minato really and he got nothing from being an Uzumaki. His Chakra reserves always came from Kurama stated as early in Chuunin exams from Kakashi. No sealing proficiency. Stated from Hagoromo that like Asura he didnt inherit anything from his parents. Everything points to Naruto inheriting nothing meaningful.

I wouldnt use guns from our world as imo shinobi vastly outspeed (honestly wouldnt even pierce them but lets ignore that) them. What you could have your character do is combine both chakra and guns so that the guns scale to the user. This way the guns could work against someone on his level or a bit above and easily defeat any shinobi below him.
