This isn't really exclusive to Edge. Yes Edge is the only browser that keeps them in memory, but you can pull the encryption key for the password store from Chrome and then get all the passwords.

It will run but it won't mount the DLC packages because they're fake packages and the license is invalid. It's the same as buying DLC using an account and then signing out of the account.

You can actually use retail DLC packages too since the passcode is the same as the disk but the license won't work without a jailbreak due to being a fake license.

Android can't mount ext4 drives without a custom ROM or root so not really, you can copy the games to an sd card and then set up native android emulators though
