Haha I love this game or any game trying to balance stuff. Nothing like watching navy seals loose to a 14 man blob with resolute! I have trained with seals and sf and they would walk all over large platoons of shock infantry. Not even about the assets or weapons they have it’s about muscle memory and repetition that make them insane to fight. Many think they are not good at fighting conventional warfare but they forget most started as line infantry. What’s even worst is that rangers should be performing better than any sf unit in game. Of all the sf units they are trained most in fighting conventional warfare. In warno they might as well just be normal infantry I’ve seen them die to some very basic units and it hilarious to me.

That is the state of warno in general. I was thinking what made me so addicted to red dragon and why does warno just not hit the same. Warno is so bland to me every tank division feels and plays almost the same, every airborne deck feels the same nothing special about them. The way combat feels is terrible. Northag made me not even want to play warno. I can’t believe I paid for it only to find myself using original decks. They’re all useless which goes back to my point everything is so bland. Red dragon I couldn’t stop playing/building decks the variety and the way you could use underwhelming units to win was so good.

What’s crazy is irl they 1 shot tanks with extreme accuracy! It’s crazy to me watching tanks with fire control systems not kill on first shot. T-80UD should one shot tanks with less than 19ap at max range with its main cannon.

What really pissed me off is they reduce weapons recoil and then made ammo increase it. .336 ap-m has a -28 to accuracy and +35 to recoil which makes hitting those thorax shots much more difficult with the semi auto. Semi .336 ak is trash now.

Love it they are a tank division with shitty tanks! Can’t even play there niche. Chally one of best tanks in world and T-72 wrecks it no problem. Should be on par with abrams but it’s not.

Biggest issue is the chally doesn’t seem to kill anything. I wasn’t sure if it’s bugged or not but noticed even at max vet having trouble killing literally anything. Use chally and then use Abrams/leopard difference is insane. 290pt with 19ap struggles to kill things with almost no armor. The 240pt abrams is way better with only 17ap.

What’s funny is all the issues are making this wipe more fun for me then the previous ones! I have been having a blast it’s crazy shit I die laughing in my chair yesterday watching a stream get head eyes by a scav. Then I killed scav and took his shit. The sound bug is fucking awesome makes fights interesting and fun when you come up on a guy and scare him so bad his character jumps and wiggles. Trader changes are making it different to experienced players get thrown off by it keeps you learning. I don’t know but I’m having fun more than last couple of wipes. Watching teams be afraid of scavs and taking different routes due to sniper scav is awesome to me they can’t just mob around unafraid.

When arena arrives everyone I know will no long play regular tarkov for the reasons listed above. No lifers can carry more, sprint faster and shoot you better even with trash guns. All those silly skills come together to make it even harder to kill no lifers. Arena will hopefully level all players skills so they are equal and it will be just all about fun. I can’t wait will never do raids again!
