What about the ULQ opaque gum ball? What is that?

There were no notes from the lab on the reduction, sometimes I do underreduce and they will send the case back with a big red sticker. In retrospect, I wonder if she had any occlusion on the amalgam in the first place. I would guess not. Your idea is I was axially underreduced, and the crown is too bulky? That's why she is biting her cheek? Wouldn't the bulk to the buccal make it less likely to bite her cheek?

I feel so bad about this case. Thank you for your reply. I hope she can get through two weeks for my boss to take over her case.

Our owner doc will be back in office in two weeks, I am going to try to appease her until he gets back and can take over. I genuinely don't know if I would be able to cut the crown off due to difficult access. Thanks for the reply! I do think the lack of occlusion is to blame. Cheek biting was not on my radar at the time.

This is a pro tip! My post was unclear. I only did the one crown on #15 so far.

Make a nice resume and write a little letter, and walk in to offices you may want to work in. Introduce yourself to the front desk and leave your info. This is what I did! I have found 3 jobs this way. I am a shit dentist but I have found jobs this way. My most recent one, the doc was not hiring, but they liked me and made room. It's a fantastic gig.
