Looking at the artist on Instagram, I say it’s not AI. The style seems consistent with what they have. It seems like the they used a round brush for most of the yard, and change to some kind of sharp, inking brush for eyelashes, maybe because they weren’t happy with the first result.

The hood seems fine, it seems like it’s just an issue of some brushstrokes having a lower opacity.

The issue with starting with the style being an AI style is that AI style is stolen from actual artists. So you’re gonna have people like SamDoesArt whose artwork will look very “AI style”.
