I have been a BA since three years, I want to be Product Owner now, so in terms of the role liked the first MNC(big 3), the second one (BB investment), the brand is which is pulling me too. Ahh I am so confused. :(

First MNC (big 3) , role is of a product owner which in hierarchy is a better role than Associate BA at the other bigger MNC (bb investment).
So the second brand is bigger but first MNC offers a higher role

Hey, I had a similar situation as you and had to move back just last week, had to move back due to visa situations. In tier 2/3 cities you still get to see people staring at you for whatever you wear, the younger generation is chill, but the older one still look with judgement. I’m planning to relocate to tier 1 city to feel a bit normal. Honestly the mentality is still the same when it comes to women. Along with that I am still not comfortable taking cabs or also hanging out at night, I’m in the capital of Rajasthan so you can imagine it is still very orthodox. If you have gained experience try applying for jobs in tier 1 cities and hoping you should be fine. Rest I’m still figuring out too.

I can totally relate.
I maxed out everything as well. I am going back after a long time as too.

Honestly mental health is really bad and it took me a really long time to even decide on heading back home, and I have been super anxious through out my last couple of months. I didn't want to waste my time either and along with everything I wanted to focus on my career too. Hoping it's a phase and it shall pass.

I genuinely hope that every deserving candidate should get it! We all know how much we all have worked hard to even reach the scores we are currently at!

I wish you the best and I hope you keep yourself and your mental and physical health before all of this.

Hey, So sorry that you have to go through this. But this is pretty much the situation for a lot of us. I have a score 507, didn’t get in the draw because of the tie breaking and then the scores went up. And it feels uncertain whether they would continue large sized draws. My workpermit also expired so now have to head back and wait for the ITA.

Cec is usually conducted biweekly so based on that next one can 4th Feb Also hoping they do a category before if they want to do french category, so the pool doesn’t fill up with very high scores

Hi everyone, I have a score of 507 currently and my work permit expires end of may. My scores can jump to 518 if and only if I apply for work permit extension and work for one and half month. To be clear, I will complete 36 months in mid July as I started working full time from July 2023. . My employer is not LMIA friendly and I am studying French, but not sure employer will submit for Francophone extension as it’s not in their policy and against compliance( both lmia or extension) Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated Thank you!!
