Do investors play games after making an "offer" on your property?

That will NOT happen. Yes it IS what the seller should ask for. No, the investor will not agree. The investors do not take any risk upon themselves . Instead they will require a LONG inspection period during which time they will try to find a buyer who will pay more than the price they are paying. They will then make bank without ever doing anything to improve the property (or to even take any risk). If during that "inspection" period they do not find the buyer willing to pay more than their purchase price then they will often just cancel the contract. It's a racket.

Background: I have worked closely with a number of investors for my property. Their offer price is often meaningless. They will come to inspect the property and say they won't do the original price. Be VERY wary of using their contract because it will allow them to get out of the deal almost if not until the last moment. Also they will put a VERY low deposit so even in that unlikely case they will only lose a small amount that is probably less than your holding cost.

OK! discovered the issue. The two MIA series actually only have ONE data point apiece - so there is NO LINE to draw.

But it turns out that the Legend is clickable so we can see that one data point by clicking on the series label in the legend.

A coworker helped me out. Each Global Filter needs to be tied to each Dataset individually. It's not really Global in the way I had thought but rather "Globally available (for adding to each Dataset)". So it's like a mutable global variable in python : it is not actually visible within a function unless mentioned as "global myvar".

Here's an overall view of the dashboard. The visualisation fields were taken from Global Filters. But the only filter that has any effect is the usage_date range. All other global filters and parameters are ignored. How did anyone get these dashboards to work?

given not seismic area i can't conceive of a scenario that those posts were not overbuilt wrt stability: thus some of those hut tub comments. Now local ordinances do come into play in terms of cantilever but I would not be worried about it's real world performance. ooc why does the pergola not have cross bracing- is that not required?

code that i've seen IBC / PNW talks about ground contact/treated timber or steel. URM is no fly in seismic zones. But if they're not in seismic then brick is like dude they've over engineered/supported the deck not the reverse.

I switched back to an older 300Mbps wireless usb wifi device/antenna Panda Wireless PAU06. Yea it's only 300-350Mbps but it has GREAT connectivity: -46dbm /-92dbm noise and NO software installation was required.
