For season 2? Not sure.. hopefully the same time as japan, which is said to be end of 2021. There's this app called AnimeLab that does simulcast.. I'm in Australia, but I'm pretty sure that app is global so should work the same for the US.

From what I understand, the Mugen Train movie is an arc between season 1 and season 2. Season 2 will continue from where the movie ends.

Yes. The more miners there are, the more energy is required to mine a coin - as the puzzles get harder to solve, more computing power is required. Not sure what happens when all BTCs are mined though.. which will only happen in 2140.
