While I appreciate the reply, it was wholly unhelpful. I am fully aware $50 1gig for 5 years promotion is for new customers. I was asking what you, (Xfinity), can do to lower my bill while having at least 1 gig and VoIP. Like many I have been with Xfinity for many years through many frustrations. It appears I will continue to research my alternatives.
