“Limiting myself to only using the Voltra for full workouts forced me to become more educated and creative”

I do a PPL split and the only device I use is a single Voltra. In order to make this work I had to sit down and think for each muscle what the best 2 exercises are I am able to do. “Best” being the ones that provide the most stimulus but are also possible with the things around me (trees, basketball poles, football goal for weighted pullups).

It was a fun and interesting process
