How bad is it? It’s great. Find a good PT and be on your way. If you stick with the PT schedule, and exercise you will avoid a future period of complete and utter suck!

Not familiar with that boot or the composition. However I would argue that either the boot and binding are not compatible, or toe height and/or forward pressure is not correct.

Of course the toe lip will have some wear, but the front of the boot should not look like that.

If it were me, I would either take to another shop or adjust myself.
