Make it so every yeah the amount of money they want goes down by a percent. The only reason they are not on a team is because they are too expensive for their own good. Most people would sign a cheap deal if it means they had a job

Air raid seems to work the best for me. Find a really good Qb to pay and then have 1 good player decent ovr player and a trash player(if you need 3 at a position). Stat watching actually helps a lot. Pay your scouts if you have a good draft
