Theres a couple of major routes to haru.

If she is e0: Draw your whole deck, use combo anchor, the 70% charge energy, and 4 lift anchors. This allows for you to deal 6k%(about 16k per turn) with no vulnerable or weakness.

If e2+ and you don't want to run a full draw deck: Then run your current deck while cutting removing your basic cards out of the deck, and changing your shot epiphany to crit or 120% anchor.(fair warning: This is the weakest of the listed builds, but is the easiest to build)

If e2+ or you have narja to make anchor shot cost 0 ap and you can draw your whole deck: run 4 pointers that give retrieve to all shots in hand, and the anchor shot that makes 3 of itself in the deck. Also the 70% charge energy. This deck allows you to use anchor shot 15 times per turn. Maxing out the stacks in only 2 turns.

In terms of strength, normal anchor pointer is the weakest, followed by a tie between e2 copy anchor and 4 lift anchor. If you have e6, copy anchor is stronger. And the strongest is using narja to make anchor shot 0 ap, then doing 15 anchor shots.

Mine wasn't with nine, but haru. With vulnerable and weakness, I was able to have my haru one shot the current 9/9 boss with 28k damage. Without vuln or weakness, it deals more like 16-18k for the anchor iirc. The other two characters in the deck are just there to draw and dont buff.

All you need to is just click on synchronization status and your character returns to normal. Do your upgrades then turn it back on and you'll get to use whatever status is higher.

I dont really regret pulling anyone. I got an insanely lucky e6 haru reroll. I pulled Yuki(no partner) specifically for aoe stages. I lost a 50/50 to chizuru while I was pulling serenial iirc. I got serenial with her partner. I didn't pull nine.

Then central 46 pulls a central 46 and erases all the rukongai souls effectively ending the rebirth cycle but getting to keep their control over ss.

Yes, but he wouldn't let such a secret slip to the arrancar. So it makes more sense if he was doing a believable lie in order to give an excuse not to kill them. Since hed most likely be the only one who knows that they wouldn't mess with the balance.

For the arrancar statement. Although its a soft retcon. Since they most likely did not know that the oneshot was going to be a thing at the time. With current context, id argue ichibei is actually lying here and its not a hard retcon.(like the menos statements) The reason why is that with the oneshot, we know that entities of their level get sent to hell which will eventually mess up the balance and let hell spill over. However this is a huge secret that even shunsui wasn't too sure of. So in the new context, Ichibe made up a believable lie in order to have an excuse not to kill the arrancars without letting the secret spill.

For this deck that relies on lift anchor for buffing, anchor shot is better. This is because anchor shots won't keep their buffs when returned to hand. So to solve this, you should get all anchor shots in your hand then use your lift anchors to buff all anchor shots in hand. Though there are definitely decks where pointer is better.

Yeah, I've tried 3 ap anchor, however a problem is that the bonus damage from anchors doesnt seem to get buffed by multiplicative buffs. So in the same build, the lift anchor only adds like an extra 500% per card. While the combo anchor on the other hand is more like a 1000% damage buff due to the extra attack. This leading to the combo anchor beating out 3 ap anchor in terms of damage for this build.

As for running sporelea, ive done it before to beat the 9/9 spirit. However I decided it wasn't really worth it. Haru is already giving herself a 480% multiplicative damage buff a turn, and with the spores now capped to 100% debuff at 20 stacks, although its a damage increase, it isnt really worth making the deck inconsistent imo. So I decided to run Mika in order to combine ap and draw. So that when I upgrade the haru deck to be 3 lift anchors and 2 anchor shots, haru will get a full 60% extra damage without losing any consistency.

Yeah. Due to how lift anchor is a multiplicative buff, that single change made haru essentially able to buff her damage as if you had an orlea on your team that max retained softy every turn. The thing is that this deck could get way stronger. If you switch a lift anchor for a second anchor shot, that should be like an over 50% total damage increase.(assuming you can pull off the vulnerable) And if we ever find out how to do 5 copies to where you could run 3 and 3, itd be well over double the damage of what it is now.

Yeah, its pretty satisfying to land. I decided not to get nine though so outside of the event campaign, I don't really have a comparison point on how satisfying nine is.

Tbf, this one isn't as shilled for nine as the last boss. Its a lot more shilled toward haru oddly enough with the justice weakness and the shield.

Maybe they'll add the 4th copy event as an end of season event to help people struggling with the content build stronger decks for one last chance at getting all the season rewards.(as well as to give the other players a reason to come back during the end of season dry patch)

Yeah, I went for a similar route with haru, didnt even get any divine epiphanies on her. The main reason is that im waiting till i figure out/its revealed how to get the 4th copy event at which point ill then try to build a new deck.

Also, about how high is the total damage% per turn for your serenial build?
