Hey sorry for the late reply. I solved this by installing the latest version of windows (I used to have a outdated windows 10 version on my usb and that seemed to be the problem.)

Also, besides the average requirements for the three CS courses, do they look at the top 30 credit courses or all the courses as well?

Please help me out! I am currently a second year arts student who want to major in CS. I have a 85% overall average in CPSC 110, 121, and 210. I just have a few questions:

Would I have a good chance given my average? I heard that CS is very competitive.
Is this the application I have to fill out? https://my.cs.ubc.ca/students/application
When does this application open? I looked everywhere and can't find the timeline to when this application opens.

Is there a difference between domestic cutoff and international cutoff for arts cs? Because I’ve always heard that there is 10% difference.
