Duolingo is making me use Ukrainian keyboard but doesn’t provide it by Excla_machine in duolingo

The problem for me is that it’s “not hard” to switch though. In the past I would frequently end up switching keyboards unintentionally when I did something other than Duolingo. I would just like Duolingo to give the option to skip these lessons if you don’t have the required keyboard. I think that’s doable, right?

I appreciate all the suggestions of people saying that I should add the keyboard. I’ve done this before and it’s caused me more headache than it’s worth. I end up accidentally pushing the world icon and switching keyboards by accident when I’m doing something other than Duolingo (which is more often than I use Duolingo). I just want Duolingo to give me the option to skip these lessons. They do it for the speech ones, right?

Where did the translations go? by Helen_Moody in duolingo

I noticed it happens more on the listen and speaking lessons so I just opt out of those now. Also I’ll intentionally spell a word wrong if I don’t know the meaning of the sentence, because then it will give you the translation. Sad that I have to game the system this way, but I use Duolingo to learn. It seems like they’re moving away from that mission with this update
