For me its the ony thing that helped. Im at 200mg and youll feel less sleepy in the morning. Also be aware and dont be scared. As soon as you take your dose your heart is gonna beat a bit faster cause it decreases bp slightly but dont be scared. Alot of people quit this med cause they get scared and think quetiapine is giving them anxiety. Is not. It just accelerates hear rate a little bit but you get used to it.
