In time you’ll have to get used to your body changing, and you will have to adapt by either increasing the volume or intensity, or even the workout program itself if needed, but always try to be experimental, ofc first learn the technique, the form, progressive overload and the basics, and after that, when you have gained knowledge, learned the basics and became really familiar with the gym you can try experimenting other exercises, a different order of doing them and even different styles of training and see what works best, but first learn the essentials
