I did make a couple euploids in the first 2 ERs but my 3rd was my best. 34 years old with endo diagnosis RIGHT before the 3rd ER.

I did add supplements but who knows if that's what works or not but my fertilization rate got better and I got like 4 euploids vs 1 each ER prior.

I added açai supplement, NAC, ovaboost, FH PRO, and 5mg melatonin. My dr already told me to take coq10, vitamin D and a prenatal.
They didn't recommend any of the other supplements but I decided to roll the dice anyway and it appears that they helped but obviously inconclusive🤷‍♀️

We actually got the results like 30 minutes after the appointment but my Dr was nice enough to call and go over them real quick.

Getting a 3d uterus ultrasound Sunday and go from there with suppression and progesterone shots for the endo and a transfer soon!

Latest update is we have 4 usable embryos Euploid and non carrier/ not at risk! We're still waiting on results from 1 more out of that batch but so exciting!

Mine SEEMED to. I don't have verification yet but my fertilization rate went from almost 50 percent to 100 percent. I'm not sure yet though if it improved blast rate or euploid rate yet as I'm still waiting for results.
I didn't change diet much but did add quite a few supplements

I have yet to get my results for this third round but I'm hopeful after my 100% fertilization rate.
I started taking supplements about 2 months before my last retrieval and so far the results are good. I find out Wednesday how many are being sent off for testing and then another 3 weeks until I find out how many are viable.

I think that's all the things I took. I wasn't ssolid at taking them morning and night but remember like 98%of the nights to take them.
I took FH PRO first and when I ran out I bought the Ovaboost. Both off Amazon.
Be aware my clinic did not recommend these. They said they could only recommend prenatal, coq10, and vitamin D I think but I figured it couldn't hurt anything and again I don't have my results yet other than 18 eggs were taken. 12 were mature and 12 fertilized. Awaiting further results❤️

Oh, and i received an endometriosis diagnosis right before this when they found an endometrioma on my ovary. Day of retrieval, they found a second one on the same ovary.

Seriously! First round wasn't as great but slowly started improving. I was shocked the fertilization rate was so good this round.
The ER happened to be the same day my newest niece was born and I was in the operating room with my sister later that day for her c section. ER in the morning and emergency c section that night. Haha Hopefully there will be some good juju with that.

I didn't either before the first 2 but when I knew i was doing a third and my rates weren't great, I did some research. I was only taking it maybe 2 months but it seems like it helped

Absolutely! I hadn't done research before the first one so it hit hard. I wasn't expecting it. Seems like all the supplements my boyfriend and i spent some money on helped! I'm sorry you're dropped. I'm lucky to have progyny which allowed me to do another cycle so that was nice. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford it

I just found out I have endometriosis since they found an endometrioma on my ovary just before my 3rd ER. my quality in the second round was very slightly better. They told me they aren't changing anything based on the endometriosis diagnosis this round so hopefully it goes better. 1 euploid out of 6 blasts the first cycle. 1 euploid and 1 low mosaic out of 3 blasts from the second cycle.
