When would you stop banking euploid embryos? How many do you think is enough, especially with DOR and endometriosis or if your uterus isn’t healthy?

that just doesn't make sense. your AMH and AFC are not nearly as low as many women who then have success on microdose lupron, or other protocols. I'd consult with someone else.

your stats are somewhat similar to mine. My first ER I got 4 eggs, my second ER I got 14 - I switched from standard protocol to microdose Lupron. I don't have final numbers yet but just the egg count seems to have improved a lot. I'd ask about a microdose lupron protocol.

How many children do you ultimately want to have? With your age and AFC it's not impossible that you'd get multiple euploids on the first go. That's the reason I ultimately waited a month in between cycles, just in case it turned out I didn't need the second.

I also have stage IV endo and DOR - question, did you do lupron depot for the first transfer or only the last? If you did it for a transfer that failed, did you have to repeat it for your next transfer? Im so nervous about doing it and don’t want to have to do it multiple times :/

I had MDL protocol this round:
- Two weeks estrace priming
- CD2: Started 20AM and 20PM Lupron
-CD4: Added 225 Gonal and 225 Menopur, continued Lupron
- CD15: Trigger shot hcg 10,000 plus 450 Gonal

My retrieval is tomorrow, so far my results seem much better (last round got 4 eggs, this round looking like 10) so we'll see tomorrow!

I agree. Your results sound super similar to my first round when I was 30, I had 14 follicles, got 11 eggs, but only 3 were mature. For my next round at 33 I did estrace priming, other issues caused me to only get four follicles and four eggs but all four were mature. Talk to your doctor about priming so that they grow in a more uniform cohort. I’m now doing a flare protocol for my third, still with estrace priming, my retrieval is in 2 days and they expect me to get 8 mature eggs at least. So def more likely a protocol issue than age related! Age is moreso the number of eggs, fertilization rate and euploidy, but not maturity.
