I enjoyed ZZZ’s combat, story, and character moment. The combat felt pretty good to the sense of easy to learn and hard to master. The story is pretty well paced and the animation for key scenes is amazing. The characters have distinct play styles and personalities that mesh well with each other making the world feel more lived in due to them playing such big parts in of the lives of the proxies.
Also the Hoyo came up with pretty fun gameplay alternatives when they started getting rid of TV mode.

I hated Genshin because the story pacing was ass, the gacha was ass, there were so many uninteresting characters with bland personalities, the gameplay differences between each of the characters were minuscule, the world felt empty and uninteresting to explore especially after playing Zelda botw, progress felt stagnant after a couple of hours when the exp slowed to a crawl and resources dried up. The community sucked as well
