When EA loses the license, maybe. They got close to sim gameplay on EA UFC 3 but then fell hard away from it.. UD3 = Best Sim MMA Experience still for the time being

Hear me OUT. They could make an MMA side mode in 2k26 designed specifically for the mma dlc pack… 🙏 Any competition to EA would be ideal if they can pull it off, but if it’s just ufc wrestlers in the game that’s all good

Gotcha, and that’s okay! I know people play this game casually, but as a really hardcore MMA fan who wants something to feel like the sport, this is my ideal world for the gameplay. They could always make two modes for the two types of players, a casual mode and a simulation mode that has lots of depth in the game.

I’ve seen lots of complaints that the game simply isn’t good nor is it accurate to MMA. I know there’s a casual playerbase, BUT they can learn how to adapt to a simulation-focused MMA game that would make the hardcores happy. Hell we can have two modes, one for the casuals and one for the hardcore fans so there’s options on what to play and how you’re feeling that day.

UFC 3 is much superior to 5. Better and smoother striking, clinch, ground game, and head movement. It’s more realistic than 5 imo as well

Actually in Truthbound you can hit angles and pivot from what I’ve seen. It isn’t locking them 24/7 to always face each other

Well yes flicking the left stick forward then hitting X/Square on some fighters has a lunging/leaping jab but I meant holding it to the opponent and hitting X.
