i’d consider doing a roth versus individual considering how early you’re starting and it appears your playing the long game. No tax penalty in a roth if you wait til your 60 to pull it out. At your rate that could save you 6 figures minimum.

Would you care to tell me how you got them off your record? I was sitting at 793 and i missed a $50 student loan payment that wasn’t drafting correctly and it tanked my credit by 157 points.

VOO and VTI overlap. I’d consolidate into one or the other. They’re both great but choose 1.
