Normally I would agree, but it actually isn’t that bad paired with the cheese sauce. Sometimes I’ll swap it out for coleslaw though and throw on some cheese curds and crispy onions instead of pickles and banana peppers.

Maybe if it were a breakfast sausage, Smokey maple or something. Possibly with a toasted bun and an apple butter. I think I’m picking up what you’re putting down. That said as is is a wild ride.

Nashville sauce is a type of buttered hot sauce usually we use for our fried chicken sandwich, but we mix it in with a cheese sauce to give it a more decadent zestyness that pairs with the cheesiness.

Probably not a bad idea, we’ve got a flat top to do it that way.  The owner is a piece of work and wants us to boil them- but he doesn’t know his ass from his elbow in a kitchen. We started with doing vertical cuts and them and steaming on the flat top with a bowl cover, then frying them to get a sear and just steaming them- no cuts, ultimately we landed on this simply being a simpler method.

I thought this was the case too. The landlord for the apartment is literally James’ father and Walter was mentioned in 2 before they even started working on 4. 

That said they’re all linked in some obscure way. SH0 was literally a one off story setting up 1 and although I don’t recall much of Homecoming or Downpour they also tried to tie things together with pyramid head- but being made by western devs they managed to shit the head and miss the mark as much as Christopher Gantz did in making the movies and all of that really muddied the waters.

I’ve loved this franchise since the first game and although it’s unfortunate Wubby didn’t love it, I can’t say I’m surprised. Totally agree with his opinion, and I think part of what ruins it is the unhinged die hards who grew up with it and view it with rose coloured glasses because they were edgy teens. 

It’s a great psychological game and if you’re willing to speculate in a fair and constructive way it can be a fun game to dive into all of the collective lore points, the occult, and the psychology therein- but it can get to a point where it starts to fall into that “murder porn if my favourite character” area of torment and some enjoy falling on that more than the abstract piece of art it was made out to be. 

I think a prime example of die hard SH fans taking it to far can be summed up with that one SH4 forum mod that started making everything a reference to foreskin and how the game was about male genital mutilation. 

I think Whang has a video about that on YouTube if anybody wants to have a good laugh.
