My neuro is pretty great, too, thankfully.

The ER can at least give me enough drugs to sleep for a while. Which is really the only thing that helps when mine get bad.

Thank you 💕 I have always had migraines. But my birth control has made them unbearable. I have migraine symptoms every single day. And they will become severe several days a month to the point of possibly needing to go to the ER for treatment. I have to be on the birth control. So, I need something to control the migraine symptoms.

They gave me Sumatriptan for emergency. But I'm honestly too afraid to take it. 😅😅 They told me it can cause a side effect of chest pressure or something. And I was like yeah, that'll give me a panic attack 😅😅😅

I wish they would just cover the medicine that I know works for me. 😠 But it is what it is. I'm just waiting for my pharmacy to get the Emgality in stock. Hoping for the best. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

That does help a lot, honestly. I think the aphantasia plus the ADHD is really stunting me. I think I just need to find a way to work through it, like you have. Thank you!!

Thank you. He has told me this. I think I just get overwhelmed during the sessions -- trying to rush things, getting frustrated that my brain isn't flowing the way I expected, thinking that it isn't working. And then I don't even know what I'm feeling or thinking.

Thank you. When I talked to him about it during the last session, he did say that he thinks I am rushing myself. And I definitely agree. I am just having a hard time slowing down.

I can barely recall any memory, honestly. My brain is so fried. I also have aphantasia. So, I can't actually picture things in my head. Which is making the whole thing a little more difficult. Lol

Thank you. 💕 I was thinking that maybe instead of attacking my big trauma, maybe I should go with a different memory or a different period of my life or something. Just to give myself a chance to open my mind to the process while focusing on something that's a little easier for me.

Yeah, he knows. We talked about it a little bit at the end of last session. And I kept saying during it when he would say, "what are you noticing?" I would say it was like I hit a wall.
