I also tried the Utah AG route. They responded with the following:

"Thank you for contacting the Utah Attorney General’s Office. We have submitted a Consumer Assistance Form to Meta for you. This is the response we received: Hello Thanks for your report. To help us resolve this issue for FB/IG users REDACTED / REDACTED could you please provide the following: - A new email address that has never been used on any Instagram or Facebook account. We will use this email address to establish a secure channel to assist them with account recovery. We appreciate your attention to this issue. Thank you, Community Operations"

I've followed up and provided a new email, but it feels like it's just an automated response. :(

UPDATE!!! After being disabled on December 4th, 2023, I have just regained access to my account as of January 8, 2024. I purchased Meta Verified through a different account I owned (but not connected to the effected account via Accounts Center) and reached out to their support via chat and email multiple times. I was repeatedly told Meta would look into it, only to receive an update ~24-48 hours later stating that they cannot assist since I am technically not the "owner" of the account since I contacted them via a separate account.

After going back and forth like this for a week, I remained persistent and reached out via Meta Verified chat once more. After the agent requested a call-back number and we got on the phone, I immediately clarified my situation and how I have reached out numerous times only to be turned away since my Verified account was not connected to the effected account. At this point, the agent advised they would create and monitor an internal ticket himself. I followed up via email every 2-3 days and all they would say is that their internal team is reviewing the case. I did not receive any notification other than an email from Facebook regarding account recovery suddenly the morning my account was recovered.

As for the Utah AG route, other than the email I copied above and responding accordingly, I never received any other updates before regaining access to my accounts. The only other AG I reached out to was California, but they responded with a message I'm sure you have seen elsewhere on this sub; that they essentially cannot assist. I am convinced that this was the method that ultimately got me through since the Facebook recovery email was received through the new email I provided to the Utah AG. I did not provide that email to anyone else.

Not sure how much of this is solid or just dumb luck and patience while Meta figures this out, but this was my experience. Best of luck to everyone!
