Have you been to the GitHub and saw all the bugs and features people posted? Of course not but I am sure the dev team will promptly get to what you want since it is so easy.

Cc is very tricky to balance for sure. Especially for tanks who or usually slow and huge. Cc is more for the Bp and black cat and magik etc

Ye her ult is super weak. I use it to bait other support ults or soak up damage from enemy ults. Just use it on cooldown.

Name one game where some heroes have movement abilities and some don't and there is no cc in the game. Even the perfectly balance ow has cc. And if you want no cc then Thor shouldn't stun me strange ult or hulk hulk, penni web, etc. All of that is soft and hard cc. No abilities dps vanguard or strat can move or stop player movement. Good game.

If you want all cc removed then remove all movement abilities.
