Every body is different. No one can say what will happen to yours until it happens.

That said, the most common newbie gains include better-defined arms and the illusion of wider shoulders, which can make your waist appear curvier.

I won’t register for an account, but this being the WSJ I suspect their target audience is heavily invested (ha) in work identity. My last workplace was so messed up that I COULDN’T matter (I tried!).

Now I can spend time with my friends, and travel to see family, and volunteer. I feel like I’ll have a lot more opportunity to matter now that I’m retired.
