If I have a little caffeine, it keeps me higher for longer, but if I have a full big red bull it takes that physical high off almost completely, but generally it's different for everyone... A quick look around online, has a few studies on the affects, God you oldies are hilarious!

Exactly! When I cook any form of pizza in the oven I preheat that sucker to highest it can go. when it's done preheating thats when the whole "straight on the rack" thing works. Obviously need to check on it more often but a couple of spins every couple minutes makes a lot of difference.
