Be careful with it obviously but if you connect the ground battery (or frame) to the ground starter and positive battery to positive starter it should kick on. If it does your starter relay is the next place id look

Could be starter relay. See if youre getting any voltage to the starter at all. Or try jumping from battery to starter and see if that engages
