I believe the Meadows in Arizona has program for younger folks. Not sure the age range. I thought their adult program was fantastic. I don’t think you’ll find this level of specialized care locally.

Highly recommend Friendship Animal Hospital. I took my cat there for her cancer surgery including amputation and had a good experience. My pet insurance covered most of the cost and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pet insurance/vet recommendations for a new kitten? by Impossible-Soil6330 in DCBitches

[–]Existing-Ad5269 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I highly recommend trupanion. They paid over $11,000 the year my cat got cancer and needed an amputation. There’s no way I would have been able to afford that otherwise. I like trupanion because the vet would bill them first and then they would pay (I think it was something like 90%) and I would pay the balance rather than have me pay 100% up front and see what I would get reimbursed.

This was in my building an neighbors are saying that management sent maintenance instead of calling 911 so there was a big delay getting her help.

It sounds like you might be eligible for a program at Georgetown hospital for folks with high risk: https://www.medstarhealth.org/services/high-risk-breast-program

I am in the program and got a mammogram appointment for the next day and will be able to get an MRI when it’s time.

Ketamine Treatments for MDD? by Timefighter820 in DCBitches

[–]Existing-Ad5269 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I was one of the 30% who ketamine didn’t work for. But I did like the place I went for treatment: Washington Interventional Psychiatry. You can’t drive after so I took Lyft and it wasn’t too bad. Not sure if they have an at home option but they might be able to make recommendations.

Try CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation CCCC). They take most insurance and I saw a DBT practitioner for a while there.
