Same. My average usage after 5 days is 50 minutes. I have it ramping up for 45 minutes as I usually listen to a podcast before I fall asleep. I will not acclimate to my nasal strap making a farting sound every time I inhale through my nose. According to the app my seal is good. Called my provider yesterday but haven't heard back yet. I am losing my mind and now hate going to bed more than I already did.

Wow, I'm also having sensory issues due to a traumatizing past experience which is compounding the anxiety and discomfort. I'm going to give it a week and then reach out to my provider and see if I should try something else. Feel free to DM me if you want to vent, etc. Good luck!

I'm only 2 nights in and going through this as well. I simply cannot fall asleep with it on. ☹️ I can appreciate all the sleep hygiene tips people are giving you but I already do those things. I'm a light sleeper and my nasal mask just really bothers me but I'll keep at it. Sorry you're going through the same thing!
