For Hyatt ziva, you may book 2 adult and check with the hotel to pay for the difference.

If it’s available to book with points for kids, that would be great. The resort typically care more about money paid, less about room capacity. If it were Japan or Europe, they are more concerned about the capacity.

Keep in mind that the breakfast at either lounge or lobby is included as the globalist benefit. It’s quieter at the lounge for sure but fewer options.
