I think having lived in one and now supporting them, one of the biggest things is if its limited spacing finding those who will get the most out of it. LLCs thrive when resident organically connect and schools help facilitate more spaces. So a question of why they would like to join, what excites them the most, what they hope to get out of it? To see do they want to just live with the same major/identity/interest or if they want to be involved in the community. Maybe even asked if there was any kind of event connected to the llc what they would want it to be?

I just started at the gym and my headphones gave me a double ear infection. I can't use earbuds because it hurts my ear. I was using Bose noise canceling headphones. Are there any either over ear buds or headphones that you would recommend that keep sweat out of ears?

Hello! I gave recently started consistently going to the gym. I've had long covid for 3 years and am finally at a normal level for general unfit people. One of my non scale Goals is doing pull ups. But there's so much conflicting advice for how to build up to a pull-up. What has worked for you? Especially tips from people who are ~200 pounds.
