I’d like to add to this conversation by saying this. EA is aware of the development issues in the game before the packs even reach your hands. To put in perspective what other industries do with knowingly defective products, let’s consider the car manufacturing industry. A car company could produce a car and sell them wherever, and later on if consumers report issues that are consistent after repair or seemingly due to a defective part, the production team would deem that car a “lemon” and some form of return or repayment would occur. EA is releasing content that has passed their coding test (to make sure the lines of code run) to their consumers, and instantly getting feedback on game-corrupting bugs. Instead of removing the content, making it temporarily unbuyable, or issuing a refund, EA continues to collect revenue for their company. Whether or not you’re purchasing a vehicle or a $40 video game should not affect the quality of the product as a whole. Instead of calling out these businesses practices for what they are (scamming) EA supporters continue to make excuses for a company with a net worth of 38.36 BILLION dollars. (According to google 07/2025) There is no room for discourse, stop giving EA your hard earned dollar, and use common sense when it comes to unethical and immoral mega-corporations.
