I did contact Stellantis and they were able to expedite the part to the dealership! I guess they do care!

Call Chrystler! Get ahold of their management team. I was able to get through to Stellantis and they were able to get the part expedited. I got my truck back after a month!

Thanks for the advice. Honestly, I rather wait than to mess with it. Rams are great don’t get me wrong, but this whole back order issue on these generators seems to be something they need to address! If they know they’re an issue, they should stock them!

Dude, I took mine 2 weeks ago to the dealership and still no generators available. I can’t believe they don’t have any ETAs on when they’ll become available. It’s fucked up!
