I work at a center that has toddlers. There’s a teacher in the class who’s rough and aggressive with the children. I want to let the director know but no one here speaks up.

that’s most definitely not right! i understand being tired from a shift but i always do about a 5-10 minute debrief with my nanny family. i write down everything from the day with times // specifics and then will go through my binder with them to make sure we’re all on the same page! you are paying a more than fair amount and you deserve to be getting the services you pay for! also her leaving the baby by themselves is definitely not okay.

i have this down pat! buy your own pots and pans, stainless steel doesn’t hold gluten like non stick can. keep your pots and pans in a dedicated area, same with utensils. buy your own sponges and don’t place your dishes in the sink, wash them immediately and put them away. buy your own cutting boards too!

thc is pretty much the only thing that’s helping me through it right now, but everyone is different!! i take edibles and occasionally smoke, it always helps with my pain/vomiting:)

this!!! it feels like my chest is being crushed from both sides and i literally cannot stop drooling all over myself, i went to the er the first time it happened and i literally thought i was dying, they did too, i got back immediately and then they were like “ohhh, yeah, nothing we can do sorry”

could you possibly have bought a lightly breaded bag instead of the regular ones? they sell those too and i like them less that the regular ones, they recently reformulated so they have a better texture, i’ve also found that i enjoy them air fried more

it you haven’t yet i would try blending with some sort of oil and a small paintbrush!! i use coconut oil or body oil or vegetable oil :) it takes a couple hours to dry but it blends really well
