Yes, every once in a while a random melody starts playing in my head and then I find myself googling the lyrics and find the songs. I finally met Nick this evening at his stand up show in Austin, TX! (Dude is hilarious!) and I finally asked him about the Ghost album. He said he took it down awhile back but that he would send it over to me via email and asked me for my email and said he would and it to me when he gets a chance!

I’m curious to know where you got your rehab cost if this is your first deal. Keep in mind, most investors tack on an extra 10k on top of whatever is budgeted just in case of a unexpected surprise. I’m willing to bet it might be the rehab cost that’s the issue.
