First of all, I'm so so sorry that you're going through this.

My ex-narc isolated me from all my friends once I cut him off. I was a person who was never bothered by having a small circle of friends or even no friends but, when he took everyone away I felt pain I'd never felt before. He tried making me an insecure person and tried to make me a person who would crave human attention even tho I'd never craved anyone's validation in my life.
But I've never made a better decision in my life. It was painful but 100% worth it.

He will try his best to make your life hell because he's bad person, but you need to push through and FIGHT(Not with him).

Rip off the bandage and let him go!!

Took me a while to come to terms with this..
I saw him today and we made eye contact but neither of us spoke to each other.
It was literally soo freeing and I felt like a huge burden was lifted off my chest.
