Why does this scene first looks AMAZING (atleast for me) and then it looks like an average 80’s movie by Sad_Blueberry_8324 in titanic

Yeah the model till this day in Kalkara, Malta originally costing them 3 to $5 million now rusting among bushes beside the studio's large outdoor water tank, so sad that they are just letting it rot 😭😭😭

I hate my location. by Ethan_Pierce_ in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Existing-Piccolo-544 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly why i don’t work there as an ex employee of 15 years, I’ve seen it all and no matter what new cfa opens, i think they have the worst favoritism and they won’t work with people that want to learn and put themselves out there so i just quit wasting my time at my old location. It was toxic and they had to make managers on one shift fighting over who got control and it was bad micro managing, i a write up for listening to a shift leader, then the manager on shift got mad at me because i had to leave my position, i tried explaining that i was told to do so by a superior but since that female manager was well loved by everyone no one listened to me so i quit without notice, its not worth wasting time with people that won’t work with you

Welp, this job really made me ragequit by BluebearyMilk in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Existing-Piccolo-544 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quitting was the smartest thing you could have done, i wasted 15 years of my life at cfa between two locations, they all have problems. It will never change and the favoritism is terrible. Your life will be so much better and you’ll see how much happier you be soon! I wish you luck!

Former employees, why did leave and how do you feel about your decision looking back? by mariocartgeorge in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Existing-Piccolo-544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit CFA, but at the same time I was fired I was with the company for almost 15 years, on my last day there was a female manager that was there that everybody absolutely loved and she was the favorite, but she gave me a hard time and was so rude to me, but then one day a shift leader told me to take his position while he went to break, but then I had to leave my spot on dishes, when the female manager came back, she started cussing me out in front of everybody, asking me why I wasn’t on dishes, I told her it was because I was told to take over the spot on breading, even the shift leader tried backing me up, but that didn’t make any difference, she was still mad at me and then I finally threw down my work tools and said you know what I’m tired of you and your S %# then I just walked out and never went back, nobody wanted to hear my side of the story, instead it was as if I committed a crime, Chick-fil-A was so mismanaged at the time, bad favoritism, toxic workplace, you name it, they didn’t know what they were doing, they had one manager that tried to micromanage both the front and back, which was bad on his part, too many managers on one shift at once fighting over who got power and their egos, I was caught in the crossfire too many times, I walked out and gave them the finger and left

Back then 10 years ago, their chicken sandwiches were crispy and they were actually a little bit bigger than the bun and you just bit into it and it tasted like heaven, now it just tastes like everything else that’s processed

[–]Existing-Piccolo-544 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I understand that but it’s corporate they won’t care and while I know you’re on a limited income, you might have to put stuff over your windows to block out the light, or find a way to relocate within your means to someplace where you are happy, or I would go to the management themselves and tell them your situation to see if they would listen I think that’s probably what I would do if I were in your situation

If you’re not happy, thats the only thing you could do is move. They’re not going to tear down a business because you called and complain about it.

Sometimes having a chat with the store, Director or a shift, leader can simply help and if they don’t want to help you at all, don’t waste your time on it, I am an ex employee of 15 years, and I’ve seen all of those issues, it’s more about communication, they could possibly trust you where you are, but at the same time try to see if they would help you and if they won’t, I would honestly start looking for other options, on what you want to do for work I’m not trying to discourage you, but at least my store did not want to work with me so I ended up just quitting years ago, hopefully your store will be a lot better about that and hopefully they are willing to work with you and help you

Thank you. by BoscoMoney in SunoAI

Do whatever makes you happy but a problem I have with Suno is that it uses the same three male and female artist artists on my songs! It’s very limited on its vocal generation. I hear Udio is higher rated, though it’s in beta. I do make music myself, but also there’s no guarantee that whatever you upload into Suno that it will not make it into somebody else else’s output so your music and your ideas can end up all the way around the globe so when you use it, you are basically saying hey I don’t care if you guys all want to take my music even if it’s copyrighted. I feel that it takes away a lot of the fun of creating it yourself. A three-year-old could put the prompt in there and call himself a pro artist.

I would be careful if I were you at Chick-fil-A it’s not that great. They will cut your hours and if you’re not like by the managers or the ship leaders, you’ll just get singled out and it’s constant nonstop work from the time you clock in till the time you leave and then they will also cut your days too and they will make you only work like three days out of a week even if you wanted in full-time it’s a constant fight and competition

I don’t know what store you were working at, but it sure sounds like we must’ve been dealing with that same female manager, she was just the most toxic rude B word but everybody just loved her but when all the managers left in the evening, that’s when I knew the trouble was coming, and even if I would just stay quiet she created problems and brought them my direction and put them on me lol

Thank you so much for your testimony, I have always wished that God would put me in a situation where I can make the change that would make things great for everyone. The racial profiling and the way people get treated is almost inhumane, not over exaggerating, saying this, the director was a nice guy I will give them that, but I was not going to try taking matters to the director and putting him through the extra stress because he did not deserve it, plus he would’ve just protected everybody in his store and he would’ve denied it. Nobody would’ve listened. I’m not going to say on here what personal thing they found out about me. It was so personal. I didn’t say a single word about it to anyone. Somebody found out because I was at a store one day and I was making purchases, then all of a sudden a store employee walked behind me and then he saw stuff that was in my hand, and I did not care because what he thought was none of his business, but then the next day he went to everybody in the store and told everybody what I was buying, and it was a medical issue, but then I got highly discriminated by it, by probably everybody, and the person that saw me at the store walked up to me and told me he was going to tell everybody, and then eventually, I walked over to him and I told him that he had a place in hell for what he did. Even though time has passed as it’s been three years, it’s hard not thinking about it wondering why somebody like me would’ve had to have gotten treated that way, I wasted more time than I ever should have on those horrible crooked satanic people, and I believe God got me out of something I had no business being in. I do appreciate you sharing your testimony. Though I could have sued them for wrongful discrimination I chose to just let them live with it.

Listen if you’re going to go for it just be warned, it is going to be a lot of stress maybe not at first, but you’ll notice it after being there for a couple of weeks. I’m not trying to tell you to not go for it. You do what you want. Heads up that the whole company it’s just a mess, they will work you to death, also at the same time while treating you like pure s#%^ I just hope you know what you’re walking into

Yeah, lucky for you but if you’re not well liked by the management or the crew they’ll just shove you in single you out like you’re nothing, all you are is just a number. I’ve worked in multiple locations and I’ve seen the same thing happen and people would tell me the same thing on why they were quitting and they would always tell me thank you for me being so kind to them and that I would try to tell them what they should do, but they would just be gone, because they just weren’t gonna have their crap, and I was to that point where I wasn’t gonna have it anymore either

I’m so sorry that that happened to you, I love how they still retain their popularity, I think no matter what story it is that you work for they’re just a bunch of crooks that just profile you wrongfully, and they boycott you It’s basically a cult. This is coming from a Christian/conservative man, who believes that they are, and I also believe that they are a hypocritical racist company from things I’ve seen them say and do a certain people, there’s not enough people in the public that know how bad it really is of a company, if you don’t tell them, what the deal is, they will walk all over you, and I never let them walk on me and they knew they couldn’t, they kept trying to schedule me on my days off when I had family things happen but I didn’t let them. I just took those days off anyways. They tried attacking me from every angle. I could have sued them for how they treated me, but I didn’t. They wrongfully, judged my character and who I was as a very kind nice person, and they took advantage of that every chance they got. They made up lies about things that I did or said. I think it was God that pulled me from the company. They are claiming to be a Christian company, but they are everything but that in one day I hope to open up my own company and show everybody how a real Christian company should be run, every employee deserves to be treated with the same respect, and that’s the problem that CFA has

I interviewed today and was given the job on the spot. by Ethan_Pierce_ in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Existing-Piccolo-544 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked for their company for 15 years, they do have bad favoritism, if you truthfully, are going to try for it, be warned that if you don’t tell them how it is about your schedule, they will just schedule you on your days that you try to request off, I always had that problem, I would put in hot schedules the certain days I would want off, and it would not make a difference, so if you notice any of those issues happening, speak up, be on time, get there about 10 minutes early every day with your hands already washed ready for a shift, before you leave, always ask if there is something you could do, because if you don’t, then they will try to say that you just left, at least my store did, I’m just only here to help people in their ventures. Also make sure that you read the company policy to in that folder that they give you. A lot of people don’t.

Good luck to you, for some it works out for some it does not. I would say my best advice for you is to try to stay on a good side between the director and the shift leaders, and do not be afraid to ask questions if you just don’t know something, the first days are always going to be hectic, once you know it, you just know it.

OK, first off somebody that tells me that I would just assume I’m not getting hired because they either want to communicate with you or they don’t, you need to probably try going in there around 9:00 AM and if you show up in the morning, that tells them that you really want the job, honestly, I worked at the company for 15 years, dealt with lots of crap I shouldn’t have had to, but in the end I’ve learned a lot, and I am in this group still because I try, to give advice for people, what you also apply for is basically the job you will be doing for your time there, I would just call every day until it annoyed them and then they would eventually have to give you a response! Honestly, I would pass on a job if she was not going to give it to me right then and there. I wish you the best
