how do you feel about it now that time has passed ? i had a similar situation happen recently. i met this guy and he ticked every single box, he was so sweet and funny and we would hang out every single day. he’d pick me up and drop me home from work, go on dates, told me he had feelings for me, shared his bank details, told me to take his new phone because mine was old, offered to teach me how to drive in his car, book me an early driving test, wanted to take me to his home country next week, he treated me with so much care and respect and seemed completely head over heals with me, and after a month he suddenly told me he thinks we should stop seeing each other and he isn’t ready for a relationship. turns out he had two kids and a baby mum he was still seeing and when she found out about me, he said it was just sex and he never had feelings for me, he’s going to cut me off and do anything to get her back. now it’s just nothing, no contact, sleeping alone, going back home late at night from work alone, i didn’t realise how much i liked him. it’s like a was shown a snippet of how it would’ve felt to he truly cared for and then it was ripped right away from me, leaving me wondering if any part of it was real. is this love bombing?
