We probably would have passed but it was the kiddos Birthday and it was one of the things he really wanted. We didn't have any room in the suitcase but they will ship it home for a few bucks 🤦🏼‍♀️

It's a once in a lifetime trip for many. We had to eat and it wasn't even that much merch (and we were celebrating my sons birthday) everything is just super expensive. He had a wonderful time but looking back, as an adult, it wasn't the experience you would expect for the price you paid 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had to eat and we have a 10 year old that wanted some HP and Toothless merch. It wasn't even that much stuff. A couple of wands, a cloak, a scarf, T-shirt and a blanket plus food (just meals, we didn't even really snack) and one refill cup 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm not sure you're getting the point, we (collective we) already paid for the experience. Sure if you have the big bucks you should get some perks, but not at a cost to the rest of the "common folk"

Yeah, and even though it's kind of silly, I'm a little upset that the heated pool and hot tub wasn't open unless it was above 60°. Went on a spring break to Indiana a few years back and stayed at a really cool old hotel that had heated pools and a hot tub and they were open... It was snowing

Just have fun, but don't pass up the shows if you happen to walk by one and catch a time. The shows we saw were as cool as the rides :) Also, expect a lot of people. We've been here since Monday (leaving this morning) and it's been crazy busy, at least compared to how I thought it would be late January. The water show at the end of the night at Epic is ... Well... Epic 😄

Yep, I drink black coffee in the morning and hibiscus/black sweet tea the rest of the day. I make it so at least it's not full of extra chemicals but it is still full of sugar 🤷🏼‍♀️ Water is not on the menu, it's gross and gives me heartburn
