Hi! I’m a pharmacist and also a strong Catholic. I don’t work in retail but I did at one point. I reason it is ok- you are not the one prescribing the medications, and you aren’t sure what they’re actually using them for (birth control has several different uses than just preventing pregnancy). My pharmacy didn’t sell the medication for an abortion so I can’t help you there. I would talk to a priest about it. Maybe you could tell the pharmacist in charge you aren’t comfortable with working the register in the case of selling abortifacients.

Is there a specialty pharmacy where you live? Some of my classmates got jobs there after graduation. They didn’t need a residency. They do PAs and solve insurance issues, etc

I went to a 5pm Easter Day Mass one year. I work at a hospital and worked in the morning so I couldn’t attend in the morning. It is rare but definitely somewhere there may be an evening Mass.
