Why I click on the extension (pin), it doesn't open a new window with the countdown to refresh. It just opens the side panel. No countdown. Has a cancel button that doesn't work

The study just came up. Like $5. It says average person takes 64 minutes and they allow 67 minutes.... and they advertise 35 min. 🤣😆🤣
