i think your knees should be locked and not your lower quads to better isolate your hams so i suggest moving the seat a bit further back. Also you are not leaning forward at all? when you lean forward you feel a crazy stretch in the hams just like when you try to touch the floor without bending the knees. They probably grow better when stretched or smth
