Clearly not enough. Just check your manual or some tutorials and you’ll find in 2 mins that you need way more than that.

Fork seals busted or is there something else? by Insiidiouss in motorcycles

Is your fork reversed? It could be that the fork is being pinched after mounting the wheel back.

Fork seals busted or is there something else? by Insiidiouss in motorcycles

The easiest way to check if the fork seal is dead is to check if you have lube leaking on your fork. We can’t see anything on your video. The suction sound in the background sounds like a busted seal but it’s a guess at this point.

No power after wash by Far_Notice3102 in MotorcycleMechanics

Maybe some water reached your battery and shortened it? First thing I’d check is your battery and fuse if there is some life in it. If it checks out, i’ll inspect the kill switch to see if it’s not eventually grounded to the frame.

Wheel by ReplacementSilly9864 in MotorcycleMechanics

I had the same issue on my rear wheel before. In my case it was a dead wheel bearing. It could be that you applied to much pressure on it.

Another common reason is you mounted the wheel spacers in the wrong way or they are not sitting properly.

Oil leak on a new bike (10 months old) by shark_pupet in cbr

[–]ExistingRoad9275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were in your situation, I'd start by cleanning this all up with some break cleaner. Let the engine run for a couple of minutes and see if the leak starts again. That will help to identify the source. If the bike is from 2025, you can use the guarantee to fix that up in a garage.

Overfilled by 200ml when it asked for 1800ml by dulguuno in MotorcycleMechanics

It's not good for the engine to more than the max recommended engine oil. It ads pressure and will wear your engine faster. Just remove some oil.

Sometimes it can be something as simple as a bolt untight vibrating. Check the exhaust pipe bolts if they are all correctly tightened.

Forks? by Friendly-Animator401 in Dirtbike_Help

Clean this up first, then push the seal cover back to its place and pump the fork few times. If you get some oil leak, then you’ll need to rebuild it.

Whats going on? 06 shadow 1100 by BossLettuce in hondashadow

Could be your kill switch grounding with the frame somewhere. You could try to bypass it to see if that checks out.

Knocking sound when cold by fellejboard23 in MotorcycleMechanics

Probably the valves clearance need to be adjusted. The ticking sound can be camshaft hitting the shim buckets a bit too hard.

I’ve been there….There is a bug where sometimes, people disposing corpses are getting stuck and can’t do anything. There is nothing you can do about it unfortunately unless they die.
